As a new father of 2, I know the struggle of balancing work, family, and trying to stay active. That’s why I’ve shifted my training practices online, so I can help as many people as possible reach their health and fitness goals, while being there for all of my family’s milestones.

So, what are my credentials? As a graduate of Humber College’s Fitness and Health Promotion program, I’ve spent over a decade helping athletes at high performance gyms, and training at gyms across the GTA. Not to mention, a lifetime passion of playing sports and being active.

Why do I do this? It’s simple. I love helping people reach their goals — on the scale, and off.
